Jayam Ravi, Kangana Ranaut and Lakshmi Rai in kollywood movie Dhaam Dhoom - Movie Gallery.

There is a good news for fans of ace director Jeeva. They will now get to watch his magic on screen one more time.

Dhaam Dhoom , the last movie that the director was working on when he passed away, is now all set to be released in August.

Says Director G K Manikandan, who took over from where Jeeva left, "This is Jeeva sir’s first action movie. Till now, he has done only romantic movies. Ninety per cent of this movie was made by Jeeva sir. I completed the remaining ten per cent. Although, he wasn’t there, everything has been made according to his taste."

Jayam Ravi plays the lead in the movie with Kangana Ranaut and Lakshmi Rai.

The movie revolves around a house surgeon who goes to attend a conference in Russia, where he gets trapped.

The film also has Jayaram playing an important role. Music for the film has been scored by Harris Jayaraj.

Lakshmi Rai had an ‘intimate’ relationship with Dhoni

Mahendra Singh Dhoni was captaining the Chennai Super Kings in the Twenty20 DLF premier cricket league tournament.Dhoni was in chennai during most part of the tournament.

It was then reported that Lakshmi Rai had an ‘intimate’ relationship with Dhoni.The media also reported that Dhoni and lakshmi rai were seen together at a beach side star hotel in chennai, a week ago. Later, Dhoni attended the birthday party of Lakshmi Rai and spent the whole evening with her.

Lakshmi Rai was regularly seeing Dhoni during the Twenty20 cricket league and she never missed any single match of the Chennai Super Kings team, played at M.A.chidamabaram stadium in chennai.

The Television cameras too captured Lakshmi Rai rooting cheerfully for her “favourite” Indian cricketer.

One cannot believe if Lakshmi Rai says she is turning 19 old. The tall and good looking girl celebrated her 19th birthday at Chennai meaningfully yesterday. The ac tress on the eve of her birthday made her presence with mentally challenged children where she had cut the cake and celebrated her birthday.

Speaking to the gleeful occasion, Lakshmi Rai was more elated in saying that she is gonna rock all throughout his year. As a token of heartiest blessings, Lakshmi’s parents had sent her 19 big and beautiful flowers.

Though initial stages in Kollywood weren’t favorable for her, she is now fixed up with good projects like Dhaam Dhoom and Muddhirai.

We wish Lakshmi Rai for a great success all throughout in her future course in filmdom.

Hot actress Lakshmi Rai’s career has so far been on a rough path in Tamil. However, she hopes to buck the trend with a decent outing in her forthcoming release Dhaam Dhoom with Jayam Ravi.Meanwhile, the good news for Lakshmi Rai is that she has been roped into act opposite Mohanlal for a Malayalam movie titled “Rock N Roll”.

Lakshmi Rai says,”It is a great delight for me to act alongside actor like Mohanlal. He is an experienced actor and I learn a lot working with him”.Rock N Roll is fast shaping up for a release this Ramzan.

Movie Nenjai Thodu has Gemini, a new face , as the hero and Lakshmi Rai of Dharmapuri fame as the heroine . The audio of the movie Nenjai Thodu was launched recently.The movie Nenjai Thodu story, screenplay, dialogue and direction are handled by director Raj Kannan. The Aspirations of the present generation of becoming a cricketer and a beauty queen are followed closely by the hero and the heroine and this outlines the story of the film. The music is scored by Srikanth Deva and all the songs are slotted to be super hits.

Lakshmi Rai says, “Though I have entered Malayalam, my desire is to establish myself in Kollywood. I am coming across good scripts here and hopefully I would realize my ambitions soon”.
