Looks like the famous war of words between the leading ladies of Bollywood, Kareena Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra has finally come to an end. The ‘believe it or not’ incident happened on Sunday night when both Kareena and Priyanka shared the stage (and warm vibes) at the Umang Police Show.

Shahid Kapur must be a happy man. His ex-girlfriend Kareena was seen bonding with his current girlfriend Priyanka. The two competing actresses were seen sharing smiles and even danced together. Interestingly, Kareena’s current boyfriend Saif also shook a leg with her contemporary Priyanka.

Though Shahid was not present at the event, it was Shah Rukh Khan who was giving company to Priyanka when Saif and Kareena were there on stage.

It may be recalled that Kareena had remarked on ‘Koffee With Karan’ that Priyanka fakes an accent. To which Priyanka replied that she got her accent from the place where Kareena’s boyfriend got it from.

Ah… too much to handle!

Bollywood star Kareena Kapoor is one gal who doesn’t delay to call a spade a spade. Well, the gal who has had a terrific innings in the picture industry has in addition had some connections with her co stars that have ended up being imbibed into the nature of her fans.

One of her most remembered off screen relationships perhaps will always be with Shahid Kapoor. The duo was almost seen as the cutest couple in tinsel town and both seemed quite happy with each other at one point of time. But, as they say everything in a man’s life is destined.

Thus, the two were soon reported to have split and both moved on, with Kareena becoming very close to Saif Ali Khan and Shahid Kapoor started getting linked up to many of his co-stars including Priyanka Chopra, and till date there are speculations whether Shahid and Priyanka are in a relationship or not.

Well despite the fact that both Kareena and Shahid have moved on it seems that Bebo still has not forgotten the fact that Shahid Kapoor has tremendous sex appeal.

Thus when Kareena did admit that she found Shahid the sexiest amongst all super stars at a popular show, it sent ripples in tinsel town. Everyone is talking about the fact that Bebo still thinks Shahid to be the sexiest. Once I have seen the film, I can well predict their fate: Kareena

Kareena Kapoor seems to have a sixth sense about the fate of her films. or so she claims. She says she can pretty much sense how her film will fare at the box office beforehand. She may not mention the names of those films (shall we count Main Aurr Mrs. Khanna?) that she knew wouldn’t work. However, when it comes to her successes, the most recent being Golmaal 3, she claims she knew it would be a roaring success.

“With the kind of experience that I come with in the industry, I guess I am intelligent enough to tell which of my films will work at the box office and which ones won’t,” says Kareena. “Once I have seen the film, I can well predict their fate.” While Golmaal 3 actually exceeded her expectations, what does she have to say about her last film We Are Family which didn’t quite set the box office on fire? “It was never expected to be a blockbuster to begin with,” she defends, “The film didn’t quite belong to the genre that would have attracted a wider audience. Every film comes with its own kundli and We Are Family had its own. I knew that, and so did Karan (Johar), hence it was made within a certain budget. I am not the kind of actor who lives in an ivory tower. I am pretty clued in to reality.”

Given the confidence she is displaying, hasn’t she ever wondered about turning a producer herself? “No way, I have no intention of turning producer. That’s like getting into a different world altogether and I am certainly not one for that,” laughs Kareena, “I am here just to act. Pehle woh toh kar loon!”

Well, with beau Saif pretty much straddling both - production and acting for his next and Kareena lending support, guess she doesn’t need to get into production.

Kareena Kapoor not announcing the accurate date of her marriage

Bollywood’s ’size zero’ diva Kareena Kapoor denied announcing the accurate date of her wedding with Saif Ali Khan. She says that the event will likely be held in a year from now.

The lack of detail leaves too much room for confusion, misinterpretation and speculation. She adds that she is a firm believer in the institution of marriage and is eagerly awaiting the big day. Kareena had reportedly had a dialogue with the family members of both sides in connection with the marriage. The delay in announcing the date of the marriage is almost certainly due to the deliberation of the duo on Kareena’s career in Bollywood post-marriage.

Kareena Kapoor’s size zero avatar had been the talk of the gossip columns for quite some time in the past months but now it seems Bebo is comfortable bouncing back to her sexier curves. She was seen comfortable with her curves as she shot the Metro shoes ad with her beau Saif Ali Khan. She had absolutely no issues about her legs looking slightly plump and even told the photographer that the shapely look suits her much better than the skinny, size zero look. She wanted her pictures natural without touchups or editing.

In her own words, “I have consciously decided to get more voluptuous and I love the way I look!

I can’t be stick-thin all my life. I had lost weight for a particular role in Tashan and for Kambakhht Ishq but my new releases require me to look more voluptuous.

I play cuter, bubblier roles in my films like Ra.One, Bodyguard, Agent Vinod and a film with Imran (Khan). I am consciously making an effort to balance out my yoga and not diet or work out drastically.”

Bollywood is the place for the unlikeliest of friendships to spring up. Egos, the numbers game and link-ups often come in the way of true bonding. But cocking a snook at all these cliches, there is an unlikely friendship budding. Especially because it is between the reigning queens of Bollywood.

A little birdie told us that Kareena Kapoor met up with Katrina Kaif recently and the two exchanged pleasantries.

Our source said, “Katrina was shooting for Yashraj Films’ Mere Brother Ki Dulhan at Pataudi. Kareena who happened to be there, dropped by to catch up with the actress. They greeted each other with a lot of warmth.”

Katrina is one of the actresses that Kareena is genuinely fond of. Our source added, “Kareena finds Katrina very sweet. What touches her most is that Katrina always makes the first move to say hello. She also finds Katrina genuine and a warm person at heart.”

Besides Katrina, the other actress Kareena is fond of, is Priyanka Chopra. Kareena apparently thinks Priyanka is a brilliant actress.

Kareena gifted Buddha to her family friends

Kareena Kapoor, known for always sending meaningful gifts, has selected Buddha idols made out of pure white marble. The lucky few who find themselves in the Czarina of Bollywood’s inner circle, will be the recipient of these exquisite statues. The actress, we learn, has taken a liking to them and plans to use the Buddha statue as a gift on other auspicious occasions too.

For Kareena, the white Buddha symbolises peace and happiness and she’s keen on propagating joy and harmony among people. Bebo has herself gained a lot by believing in the powers of the white Buddha. She is enjoying life as it unfolds. And having tried and tested its powers, Kareena wants others to now experience it.
