Hansika who impressed everyone in her debut lead role in telgu movie desamuduru with actor Allu Arjun. However Hansika is concentrating more on hindi movies right now as she is not very confertable with south indian dialouge. There are many unlimited offers for hansika in telugu industry. Hansika says “she is interested in doing in many more films but the language is giving a problem to her which is the reason she is rejecting these nice offers”.
Before coming to films hansika Motwani did ads for famous brands like Samsung electronics, Hyundai Santro, Pepsi and Bournvita. Mumbai: More than three decades after her role of `Basanti`, the horse-carriage driver with her mare `Dhanno` in the iconic film "Sholay", actress Hema Malini has espoused the cause of horse carts in this financial capital and has sought a ban on them.
The Bollywood actress has written to city municipal commissioner Jairaj Phatak seeking a ban on the horse-carts that ply on the city`s roads.
Hema Malini, writing on behalf of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) said in her letter: "In `Sholay`, I had a terrific co-star named Dhanno. Luckily, this affable character will never know the misery that her cousins, who are forced to pull joy-carts, endure."
Joining the issue is another actor John Abraham, who recently wrote to the Mumbai collector seeking a ban on horse-carts on city roads.
"He was told that the issue falls under the purview of the traffic department, so he approached them. They, in turn, said the matter concerns the Mumbai collector. In this blame-game, the horses continue to suffer," said PETA spokesman Sachin Bangera.
In fact, an investigation by PETA revealed that the horses are fed unwholesome food and polluted water.
"Stables are often damp, filthy, infested with insects and rodents, many horses are forced to work long hours in the blazing sun without any relief," he said.
There are about a couple of hundred horses which are allowed to ply on certain Mumbai roads, beaches, parks and other areas, mainly for the benefit of tourists and children.

Arjan Bajwa: I haven’t thought of any. I think if you want to bring about a change in yourself or anyone or anything, you can do it at anytime, it doesn’t have to be the first day of the New Year.
Masumeh: I haven’t thought of any New Year Resolutions as yet.
Zoya Akhtar: I have decided not to eat fried food from outside so I can keep fit. I am looking forward to the release of my film Luck By Chance.
Adhyayan Suman: My resolution is to stop eating food from outside and start sleeping on time and waking up early.
Hansika Motwani: I have decided to become a better actress and do good movies in 2009.
Hansika Motwani, the child artist turned hot star has many hidden talents in her. The gal who showcased some ultra hot entertainment in her comedy caper ‘Money Hai To Honey Hai’ opposite Govinda and bagged in her first Filmfare award as the Best Debutante in The south is also an avid and talented painter.
Hansika, on the other hand admits simply that she paints just for a release, “Painting was just a subject in my school and I started improving it slowly and steadily. I got some stuff at home to paint and now I really enjoy painting. I really haven’t taken any formal training in painting as such. It’s just whatever I learnt in school. My teachers encouraged me by saying that I do have a flair for painting and I just took it forward from there.”
On asking her what form of painting does she usually prefer, she said, “I basically do sketching, drawing, shading or dry pastels. It really depends on my mood on a particular day. Sometimes I may sketch a human figure or maybe paint some of our Gods and Goddesses. At times it may just be something abstract or maybe a cartoon figure.”

Hansika Motwani kicked-off her ‘Money Hai To Honey Hai’ movie promotion at the Provogue Studios in Mumbai where she was joined by her co-star Manoj Bajpai.
Hansika looked pretty in a dress and flaunted her long fancy nails, her mom was on her side all throughout the evening, and based on sources close to the production, this got a bit annoying for director Ganesh Acharya, who asked the actress to apparently ‘grow-up’.
While Hansika simply maintained a smiling face, co-star Manoj Bajpai was all out to interact with fans and the media, and he made the event a lively one.
